This thursday, november 24th, i’ll be speaking at LAC 2011. It’s a short talk in which i’ll mainly give a different perspective on Scrum and Agile and the role architecture needs to play in Agile projects. In my opinion it’s not a question of process but of content. I don’t think it’s enough for Architecture to work iteratively, the architecture itself also needs to have certain qualities to fit Agile projects. With these qualities I think architecture can make a big difference on Agile projects.
